Class Options
Multi-Level – This class is appropriate for all Yoga students from the first-timer to the experienced.
Multi-Level with Power Infusion – This class is appropriate for those students looking for a faster paced, more powerful workout; focuses on core strength and flexibility.
Gentle Yoga - Ease into your Day – This is a wake-up-and-go class; focuses on getting the body moving and the metabolism revved for the day.
Introduction to Yoga Workshop - (Special Series) If you have always wanted to try Yoga but were unsure how and where to begin, this is the class for you. Lead by Kim this class will teach popular Yoga postures, breathing techniques and methods of relaxatin. This is a special series class running through the month of September.
Yoga in a Heated Room – (Coming Back in late Fall) This class is practiced in an 85-90 degree room. It combines Vinyasa Flow with more traditional Heated Yoga. Designed to enhance endurance as well as increase the body, mind connection.
Kundalini Yoga – (Special Series) This is an ancient form of yoga and is used in maintaining balance in the mind and body. A regular practice will strengthen the nervous system, the circulatory system, balance the endocrine system, release tension of the muscular system, expand the lung capacity, strengthen and tone muscles and nurture a sense of self awareness. Each Kundalini Yoga series, Kryas, is done in conjunction with specific breath that intensifies the effect of the poses. These Kryas may consist of rapid, repetitive movements done with the breath. And due to the rapid pace of the breath it is known at the “noisy yoga”. Come to class prepared to build strength of will, enjoy the process, laugh, sweat and have fun.
Kid's Yoga – (Offered in Winter and Spring) This class is for children 6 1/2-11 years of age. This class combines being calm, yet features fun, funky movements. Kids work on coordination, flexibility and strength.
*Each class combines breathing exercises, Pranayama and relaxation techniques during Savasana.
