Jen found yoga from books that she checked out from her high school library. She began attending classes at her college and was immediately drawn to the philosophy of yoga and learning lessons on the mat that she could apply in everyday life. After many years of practicing yoga and soul searching, she enrolled in Yogawood's teacher training program in 2015 under the direction of Beth Filla and Maiga Milbourne.
Jen is passionate about creating connection and peace with all beings through the practice of yoga. Her other passions include her work as a social worker and her two puggles, Cosmo and Molly.
