I discovered yoga in college and found it to be a great way to help ease the back pain I was experiencing. The more time I spent on my mat, the better I felt physically and mentally. Wanting to dive deeper into the practice, I convinced my good friend Marghi (yes that Marghi) to join me in getting a Yoga Teaching Certification. In 2016, we both earned our 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Certifications from Shanti Yoga & Ayurveda in Philadelphia. I have been teaching at Shanti ever since and am excited to join the family at Pink Lotus! Since then I have also earned a 100 Hour Aerial Yoga Teaching Certification from Kaya Aerial Yoga in Philly and have studied Yin Yoga with Sally Miller. I absolutely love sharing the healing effects of yoga and it's my goal to help others experience yoga in a way that builds comfort and confidence on and off the mat!
