Peggy’s practice is a Vinyasa Flow with an Iyengar approach. She firmly believes in the use of props, allowing for proper alignment and unencumbered breath. Peggy’s goal is to facilitate a practice that makes people feel empowered. She believes by sharing breath, asanas, motivating music and positive energy, people can empower one another to be strong on and off the mat.
