All Levels Yoga
This class is designed for the beginner to the experienced yogi. Postures will be linked with breath to warm up the body to prepare for a mix of standing and balancing postures that help build strength and tone the body. The physical practice will work towards cultivating stillness of the mind and body, granting final moments for complete relaxation.
This class is a fun, intense full body workout that tones, strengthens and sculpts your body. It is a non-impact workout that will burn calories, fat and improve your flexibility. Barre will also improve your endurance, stamina and strength. This workout uses small, isolated movements that will have you "feeling the burn". You will work your muscles to fatigue and then stretch them to achieve that long, lean look. Class size is small to ensure personal attention to help you achieve your fitness goals.
For the Casual to Frequent Yoga practitioner, this class will challenge you physically and fulfill you spiritually. Using energetic sequences to encourage flexibility, strength and bring balance into your Yoga practice, your instructor will bring you through dynamic flows of the basic asanas as well as the traditional sun salutations.
Express Lunch Yoga
A Multi-Level Yoga class to enjoy while on your lunch break. Same great class, just in a shorter amount of time! This class is appropriate for practitioners of all levels.
Movement is slow and linked with the breath. We enter into postures slowly and mindfully, allowing time to utilize props and make adjustments as needed. Each class includes both seated and standing poses. Gentle yoga relieves stress, increases flexibility, calms the mind and strengthens the body. Appropriate for all abilities, all bodies and all levels of experience.

Hot Barre Cardio is a full-body workout that tones, strengthens and sculpts. Conducted in a heated room, Hot Barre Cardio is a non-impact workout that will burn calories, burn fat and improve flexibility. This class is a fun, intense, blend of strength-training and cardio that will boost your heart rate and work the entire body. You will work muscles to fatigue and then stretch them to achieve that long, lean look. This class is challenging, but open to all levels. Class size is small to ensure personal attention to help achieve fitness goals.
A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength training workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts. Designed to tone your body and improve your endurance.
This class links flowing movement with controlled breath (pranayama). The flow is graceful and the thought out sequencing prepares the body to safely flow from one pose to the next. This class begins with sun salutations and incorporates twists, balance poses and inversions. This class is challenging but open to all levels as yoga is a practice and not a destination.
Hot and Hard Yoga
Experienced yogis looking for a fun and challenging practice will love this Hot and Hard class! Designed to leave you feeling energized and strengthened, this Vinyasa style class is practiced in a heated room allowing your body to find more openness while increasing endurance, stamina and flexibility. This upbeat class is guaranteed to make you sweat as you explore more advanced poses, arm balances and inversions all while rocking out to a killer playlist!
Start your week feeling calm and grounded. In this Kripalu-style class you will move into and out of postures mindfully, with awareness focused on the breath and sensations in the body, while working to your edge, challenging yourself physically and mentally. Includes standing and seated postures, slow vinyasa-style flow, pranayama (breathing exercises) and some meditation. Appropriate for advanced beginners to experienced practitioners.
There's Something for everyone in this class - Depending on the level of comfort on the mat, practitioners can take the postures to the appropriate place for their body. Students will learn to use the physical body as well as the breath to move through their practice. Classes include various styles of Yoga from Iyengar to Vinyasa Flow to Tibetan and beyond. Each class is unique and designed to improve stamina and endurance, strengthen and tone the body as well as increase flexibility.
Philosophy in Motion
This class is designed with Yoga Philosophy as the core and asanas (poses) as a means to understand the deeper tradition of Yoga. Based on the teachings of the Yoga Sutras by Patanjali, practitioners will explore a deeper level of Yoga; lifestyle choices, stress management, quieting the mind chatter, meditation, the Eight Limbs, etc. in order to move forward in their own life journey. The possibilities of this class are endless. All levels are encourages to attend. Vinyasa and Hatha.
Power-infused Hot is a dynamic class that focuses on the connection of movement and breath. Practiced in a heated room, students will enjoy the warmth as it allows the body to find more openness and promotes detoxification. Pranayama, or breath work, is a vitally important part of this class and helps the practitioner stay calm, present and focused during more challenging asanas. Power Hot is designed to increase endurance, stamina and flexibility to ultimately nourish the mind-body connection. Enjoy learning more advanced postures such as arm balances and inversions in this energetic and powerful class! Open to all levels, but it’s not a beginners class, be prepared to feel challenged! You’ll leave feeling recharged and rejuvenated, and more confident in your yoga practice!
The focus of this class is to relax the body in order to allow the body time to de-stress. One can expect to spend time in restful postures in order to restore balance to the body, mind and spirit.
This soulful gentle flow class will allow you to slow down, relax, enjoy a long, soulful stretch to a playlist filled with rhythm, blues and plenty of soul.
This class is perfect for the beginner or the seasoned yogi.
Special Group: Four Season's Gentle Yoga
This is our Gentle Yoga class specifically for the residents of Four Seasons. This is an offsite class not held at our studio but onsite at Four Seasons Community Center.
This class is a great starting point for anyone just getting into Yoga those who want to make sure their basic poses are correct and/or clients with certain limitations. Lessons will be taught on postures, breath work and relaxation. Why take this class? Improper poses can cause strain and/or pain in the body as well as inhibiting a practice from advancing. Also, it is important to know what to expect from a Yoga practice and learn why certain things are done.
Strengthen and Stretch
Strengthen and Stretch is a combination of Alignment based Yoga with a touch of Barre. This is a class meant to give you a break from the ever popular practice of warming the body through Sun Salutations. This class focuses on Strengthening and Stretching major muscle groups of the body incorporating Asana, Pranayama, Mindfulness, along with the use of light weights and other props to help bring the body to balance. This class is perfect for someone wanting to take a break from the ”flow”.
For the casual to regular yoga student, this class will introduce you to more advanced asanas. Each class will begin with sun salutations to warm and loosen the body preparing you for arm balances, backbends, twists, and inversions. Previous yoga experience and familiarity with sun salutations and a flowing class is necessary to receive the full benefit of this class. Emphasis will be placed on linking your flow with breath and being mindful of your body and your practice.
Yin Yoga focuses on longer passive holds, relaxing the muscles, and increasing flexibility. The longer holds increase the resting length of deeper connective tissue while giving the muscles a rest. You will develop greater flexibility and range of motion while becoming more deeply mindful of your body and breath. Yin is also a great way to relax, recharge, and bring calmness to a busy lifestyle. Yin-Yoga is still and calming, appropriate for the beginner yet, the potential for intense stretching offers a challenge to even the more experienced Yoga student. It serves as a great compliment to a Vinyasa or Ashtanga practice.
We’re going to mix it up! We will use the the opposition of Yin and Yang to guide this active class. We will be alternating Yin (cold, still, calming) and Yang (hot, moving, excited) creating a harmony of mind and body. You will develop greater flexibility and range of motion while becoming more deeply mindful of your body and breath. Yin-Yoga is still and calming, appropriate for the beginner yet, the potential for intense stretching offers a challenge to even the more experienced Yoga student. Periods of stillness will be alternated with flowing Yang Movements for a well-balanced Yoga class.
This class is perfect for those new to yoga and those who want to get back to basics. Learn proper alignment and simple postures as we unite mindful movement with breath. A great way to wind down at the end of the day while building a strong foundation for your yoga practice.
Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues and fascia allowing deeper access to the body. This class will be held in a warm room, offering comfort to the body to create space within. Expect to experience an increase in mobility and leave feeling calm and balanced! Class is suitable for all levels.
